Position title: Senior

Hi! My name is Regan Hawkins and I’m a senior here at UW. I am doubling majoring in Legal Studies and Psychology, and I am also pursuing certificates in Criminal Justice and Chican@ and Latin@ Studies. I am the Newsletter Editor and Research Team Co-Lead for the Criminal Justice Reform Team, a volunteer in the BASES program, and a Sociology Research Practicum student. I am also working as an undergraduate TA for Psych 225: Research Methods for the third semester. I’m an honors student pursuing Comprehensive Honors, and I’m writing my senior thesis on the conditions of women’s incarceration as they relate to the Eighth Amendment. I took the LSAT this summer and I’m currently in the process of applying to law school, where I hope to study criminal, constitutional, or civil rights law. In my free time, I love to hike, paint, read, and throw pottery. Can’t want to meet y’all! 🙂
