Interned at Middleton Police Department
This summer I interned at the Middleton Police Department. I got to do a multitude of different activities this such as riding along with officers, working with detectives, shooting, training, active shooter tabletop exercises, helping with community policing events, and interacting with community members. Interning at Middleton Police has taught me various valuable skills that will help me be proficient in my future career in law enforcement. Every officer, dispatcher, and employee at Middleton Police has supported me all throughout this summer and helped me take full advantage of this amazing opportunity. When I start applying to law enforcement agencies to become a law enforcement officer, Middleton Police Department will be the first on my list. I couldn’t have succeeded the way I did this summer without the Audrey J. Harris Family. Thank you so much!
