Caroline M. (Russell) Bruce graduated from UW Madison in 2016, with majors in sociology and political science, and a focus on gender and women’s studies. She has been a political law compliance manager at Godfrey & Kahn, S.C, a Wisconsin based law firm, since 2024. She supports clients with campaign finance and lobbying compliance at the federal and state levels and advises on best practices and strategies. Prior to employment with Godfrey & Kahn, she was a compliance manager at a national government relations firm, and a specialist at the Wisconsin Ethics Commission overseeing the regulation of lobbying and campaign finance at the state and local levels. As shown by this experience, Caroline’s career passion is public transparency in government and government related special interests.
